Martial arts has helped me in many facets of my life. It has taught me self discipline, self control, and has helped me stay motivated and focused in everything I do. The memories and friends that I have made through Cho’s is something I would not trade for the world, and having the opportunity to give these things back to the people I teach is truly an amazing feeling.

“I love to teach students to see them not only grow as a student but also as a person. I not only love to work with people but also to support them and motivate them to want to grow. “Every day teaching is very different and keeps me on my toes, and it has helped me to develop into a much more caring and understanding person, to be more confident in myself.” In my spare time, I love to read, learn, and enjoy nature. In my opinion, one learns the most through their experiences and finding things they love.
